Men’s Team
Are you ready to experience the thrill of lacrosse? Our men’s team invites you to join our practice sessions at the Nordmarksportfeld. No prior experience or registration is needed—just bring your sports gear and an open mind. You’ll learn the basics of the game, meet our dedicated players, and become part of an energetic team.

Women’s Team
Our women’s team is eager to meet you! Whether you’re looking to try a new sport or reconnect with a love for the game, our practice sessions are the perfect place to start. Meet friendly teammates, learn the fundamentals, and experience the energy of lacrosse firsthand.

– Tuesday: 6:00 PM–8:00 PM
– Thursday: 6:00 PM–8:00 PM
Location: Field next to Nordmarksportfeld
Youth Team
For younger lacrosse enthusiasts, our youth program is divided into two age groups to ensure everyone gets the attention they need:
– U12: For kids up to 12 years old
– U16: For players aged 12 to 16
Whether you’re completely new to lacrosse or already love the sport, we’ve got you covered. For your first practice, all you need are regular sports clothes—we’ll provide the equipment.
Practice Times (until Easter 2025)
– Sunday: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
Location: Small sports hall at Goetheschule, Hansastraße 25, Kiel
After Easter, training will move to our outdoor field at the Nordmarksportfeld.
Alumni Training – For Lacrosse Fans Over 30
Miss playing lacrosse or just want to throw a few balls again? Our **monthly alumni training** is the perfect opportunity for players aged 30+ to reconnect with the game, meet old friends, and make new ones.

– Last Thursday of every month: 7:00 PM

Kiel Lacrosse Meeting 2025 – Celebrating 30 Years of LCK
Save the date! From July 4–6, 2025, we’re celebrating the Lacrosse Club Kiel’s 30th anniversary with a special edition of the Kiel Lacrosse Meeting (KLM). Expect exciting games, including matches in the fast-paced Sixes format, alumni events, and lots of opportunities to reconnect and celebrate.
